We are a litigation law practice which has decades of successful outcomes for clients in Western and North Western Sydney. We have offices at Blacktown (2), Seven Hills, Rouse Hill, Windsor, The Central Coast/Newcastle and Melbourne.

 

The Practice is conducted under the experienced guidance of Michael Vassili, Principal, in a litigation team environment. This environment sees Senior Associates conducting litigation together with the assistance of Associates under the direct guidance of Michael Vassili.

 

Michael has conducted litigation throughout all States of Australia as a Trial Advocate including conduct of hearings in the Supreme Courts of NSW, Queensland and Victoria and in the High Court of Australia. Additionally, Michael has an extensive wide experience accross a diverse range of litigation from appearing in Coronial Inquests through to technical litigation in Specialist areas such as the Land and Environment Court. In our Criminal Defence practice we draw upon Michaels experience as a Senior Prosecutor.

 

While we are large enough to conduct litigation against the "Heavyweights" in the legal profession, we are small enough to be able to provide the caring aspect of your matter which a traditional suburban practice can provide. We have five convenient locations in NSW and Victoria.
